Senior Executive - Customer Relations Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Handle incoming inquiries and orders, ensuring timely processing.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and planning to book production capacity.
  • Negotiate and confirm delivery dates within 48 hours.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in purchase order (PO) entry.
  • Manage raw material (RM) bookings based on customer projections.
  • Invoice additional charges or write off balances as required.
  • Verify outstanding order lists and analyze overdue orders weekly.
  • Complete all order confirmation documentation.
  • Regularly update customers on order status and liaise with planners.
  • Conduct bi-weekly customer visits and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Communicate delivery timelines and manufacturing progress.
  • Prepare visit reports within 24 hours and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Implement customer-specific solutions and handle rejection cases promptly.
  • Address customer rejections within 24 hours, notify the quality team, and arrange inspections.
  • Initiate replacements within 48 hours.
  • Work with Finance to resolve payment issues and ensure on-time payments.
  • Maintain order tracking documents and accurate customer records.
  • Keep price lists updated and aligned with the system.
  • Coordinate urgent deliveries with the Commercial and Packing teams.
  • Manage emails efficiently, ensuring responses within 24 hours.
  • Reconcile brand portal details with internal orders.
  • Support the team in meeting daily targets and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships.


Requirements:

  • Male/Female
  • Age below 35 years old.
  • Degree in Business Management or related field.
  • CIMA or CIM qualification is an added advantage.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of technical development processes and industry standards is a plus.
